Once purchased online PRINT or SAVE + SCREEN SHOT your ticket you have received via email.
This ticket will be scanned on entry.

How do I purchase tickets on game day? 
On game day our box office will open at:

Vs Waratahs Box Office Open at 1pm.
Vs Brumbies Box Office Open at 3pm.

Please Park on either Maurice Road or Beasley Ave and follow the signs to GATE B Ticketing Box Office Mt Smart.
You cannot drive into this location only walk in.
If coming to the box office to buy tickets close to kick off allow time to complete this process.

I purchased my ticket on-line now what? 
These tickets will be emailed directly to you, and they must either be printed or saved on their phone to scan into the stadium.
It is a good idea to screen shot your tickets in case you experience any internet issues at the gate.
Or print your tickets out and home and bring this printout to the gates to be scanned in.

How do I enter the stadium? 
Check your ticket as to which gate you should enter.
On arrival for the safety of all there will be bag search, then have your ticket out ready to scan into the stadium.
We suggest having each person holding their own ticket to make this process faster.

Are there any Covid-19 protocols? 
Following the Governments rules we will NOT require any Vaccination Passports.
If you wish to wear a mask feel free to do so.
Around the stadium we will still have sanitizer stations set up.

What age is a child or student? 
0-4yrs  is free on the knee and you don’t need to purchase a ticket for a seat.
However if you think your little person will be a wriggle monster then we suggest purchasing them a ticket.

Child tickets are aged 5-14yrs.

Student tickets require a valid student ID to gain student prices.
(Remember there are only limited seats for students, so we suggest getting in quick to purchase)

When do gates open? 
1 hour prior to kick-off.

What happens if I purchase a ticket and now can’t attend the game? 
Simply give your ticket to a friend to attend in your place.
We do not offer refunds if you change your mind and no longer want to  attend.
If you have to isolate please email us immediately to discuss  ticketing@moanapasifika.co.nz your options.

Can I bring in any food and water?
You can bring in a small quantity of home prepared food such as sandwiches, baking or fruit, however, please note that commercially prepared food such as takeaways (KFC, McDonalds, Pizza etc) and soft drinks/alcohol are strictly prohibited.  You may bring in a sealed plastic bottle of water up to 1 Litre (the lid may be removed on entry.)
Remember we will have yummy food including the classic stadium hot chips and hot dogs for sale around the stadium.

Where shall I park?
We highly recommend checking your ticket entrance and decide on best place to park around the stadium or being dropped off near that entrance.

Allow time to find a park and walk into Mt Smart Stadium.

There is no onsite parking for large events such as concerts and sporting fixtures. During large events parking is available on the streets surrounding Mt Smart Stadium however, please be aware that some streets may be closed for the event delivery.

Mobility parking onsite is available for patrons who hold a valid mobility permit. If you are attending an event and require mobility parking, please email info@aucklandstadiums.co.nz with your permit number, event name & date and physical delivery address to register. Your permit will also need to be presented on entry. Mobility parking is limited therefore is strictly reserved for patrons who hold a mobility permit.
