Please PRINT or SAVE + SCREEN SHOT your ticket that you have received via email.
This ticket will be scanned on entry.
This ticket will also have which suite you are attending.
If you have a car pass, please print at home and display on the dash.
All corporate hospitality car passes gain entry into O’Rorke Car Parking.
Corporate Timings:
5.30pm: Doors Open
6.05pm: Meal service will commence
10.00pm: Corporate suites close
This area is R15, non-smoking and requires a smart casual dress standard thanks.
1. I redeemed my ticket but now I can’t come?
Simply hand the ticket to a friend or someone else to attend in your place or drop us an email.
2. Can I bring in any food and water?
You can bring in a small quantity of home prepared food such as sandwiches, baking or fruit, however, please note that commercially prepared food such as takeaways (KFC, McDonalds, Pizza etc) and soft drinks/alcohol are strictly prohibited. You may bring in a sealed plastic bottle of water up to 1 Litre (the lid may be removed on entry.)
Remember we have all our yummy food and beverage outlets working as well.
3. Where shall I park?
If you don’t have a car pass, we highly recommend checking your bubble entrance and decide on best place to park around the stadium or being dropped off near that entrance. Remember Friday is a working day for businesses around Mt Smart if you are arriving early.
There is no onsite parking for large events such as concerts and sporting fixtures. During large events parking is available on the streets surrounding Mt Smart Stadium however, please be aware that some streets may be closed for the event delivery.
Mobility parking onsite is available for patrons who hold a valid mobility permit. If you are attending an event and require mobility parking, please email info@aucklandstadiums.co.nz with your permit number, event name & date and physical delivery address to register. Your permit will also need to be presented on entry. Mobility parking is limited therefore is strictly reserved for patrons who hold a mobility permit.

4. What time do gates open?
For 7.05pm kick off, Gate B opens at 5.30pm which has access to all areas, all other gates open at 6.00pm.
5. What can I bring in?
Standard conditions of entry can be found at www.aucklandstadiums.co.nz.
We always suggest bringing something warm to the stadium as well.
6. Will there be COVID Restrictions?
All patrons aged 12 years and 3 months and over are required to show a valid My Vaccine Pass as proof of vaccination. Please ensure you have your vaccine pass ready to present on arrival at the gates.
Please feel assured that all of our team are fully vaccinated and will be wearing face masks.
(Remember these rules change in April after the Blues game).
