When will my membership card and pack be sent out?
2023 memberships will be sent out in December. Memberships will be sent to the address you used to sign up at point of purchase with. Please email memberships@moanapasifika.co.nz if you need to update your address details. You will need your membership card to access Mt Smart Stadium on game day.

What is included in my membership?
Full season memberships include a member’s card, members hat, members bag, members drink bottle, members pen and members lanyard. There are many other benefits to becoming a 2023 Moana Pasifika member that you can find details about on moanapasifika.co.nz/memberships/

Can I choose my seats?
Full season members can select their seats online when processing their membership. If members wish to sit with a friend or group this will be considered dependent on the seating allocation schedule and seating availability in the area.

How do I join as a 2023 member?

How can I pay for my Membership?
The following forms of payment are accepted Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Debit cards: Accepted where they are backed by VISA or MasterCard Part-payment over six one-weekly instalments (see next question for further details). Please note all charges against credit cards will appear on your statement as a payment to Moana Pasifika Ltd. There will be credit card fees.

Can I pay my membership off by part payment/instalments?
Yes, Moana Pasifika have a partnership with Laybuy to offer members the choice to pay their membership over 6 weekly instalments. Should you wish to take advantage of this option you can sign up online. There are no additional fees however late payments will incur a failed payment fee. Your first instalment will occur upon successful completion of purchase with the remaining instalments occurring weekly until all six instalments are complete.

Can I make extra payments on my part payments?
Yes, you can make payments for whatever amount you like whenever you like at no additional cost. To make extra payments members will need to log into their Laybuy account online.

How do I apply for a carpark pass?
Car Park passes are sold on a first in, first served basis. If you would like to apply for a 2023 car park pass you can do this online. The car park passes will be sent out closer to the start of the season. Please note car park passes are valid for every regular season home game based at Mt Smart Stadium and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Can I purchase a membership as a gift?
Memberships are the perfect present. When purchasing a membership as a gift, please note that an automated email is sent to the address registered to the account. If you do not wish for the recipient to receive communication, please use an alternate email address. The account details can be updated once the membership has been received/gifted.

How will I know if my membership has been processed?
Members who book online will receive an email confirmation (to the email address specified in the application) on receipt.

What age is a child?
For the 2023 season, a child is from 3 years old up to (and including) 15 years old (on 1st January 2023). Children 2 years old and under are free when sitting on an adult’s knee. Please note that no seat is allocated for free children.

Can children attend games at Go Media Stadium Mt Smart without an adult?
Any child membership purchased must have an accompanied adult membership purchased. If these are not purchased in the same transaction, then the name of the adult who will accompany and take responsibility for the child attending games at Mt Smart Stadium must be provided to the memberships team via email on memberships@moanapasifika.co.nz

Can someone else use my membership?
Yes. If a member is unable to attend a match, the membership card may be given to a friend/relative for use. Please be aware that entry to the stadium will be subject to the category of the membership (i.e. an adult will not be admitted with a child membership pass). However please note as per the Terms & Conditions of membership that the member is ultimately responsible for their card at all times and must ensure that anyone using their card is aware of their responsibilities/limitations of use.

How do I replace my membership card/ticket if it is lost or stolen?
Contact the Moana Pasifika memberships team on memberships@moanapasifika.co.nz to arrange a replacement at least 72 hours prior to kick-off of the next home game. At the discretion of the memberships team, you may be reissued a season pass, given paper tickets temporarily or an EZY-ticket/paper ticket for the remainder of the season. The original card/ticket will be cancelled and a new one might be issued. A fee of $30.00 applies for the replacement of each lost/stolen card/ticket.

My membership passes were sent to an incorrect address. What do I do? Packs are sent to the address on file at the time the membership was purchased. When you renew or purchase your 2023 membership, this is the best time to double check that all your details are up to date. If your memberships have been dispatched to an incorrect address, that was not updated at the point of purchase, replacement orders may be organised for an additional fee of $30 prior to the 2023 season starting. You will need to contact the memberships team in writing via memberships@moanapasifika.co.nz with the updated/correct address for the replacement packs to be dispatched to. In some circumstances, Moana Pasifika may request that you collect your membership packs from the office or on game day.

What can I bring into Go Media Stadium Mt Smart?
You may bring:

  • A sealed bottle of water (up to 1 litre). However, please be advised that the lid will be removed and discarded on arrival
  • A bag that can fit under your seat, no larger than 350mm x 300mm x 400mm
  • Small snacks such as homemade sandwiches, biscuits, small packets of chips, confectionery
  • Guide dog
  • Banners, placards and flags at the discretion of stadium management

How do I get to Go Media Stadium Mt Smart?
There are plenty of public transport options to get to Go Media Stadium Mt Smart. Penrose train station is located within a five-minute walk of the stadium, and we are located on popular bus routes. Head over to Auckland Transport’s website to see the best way to get here using public transport. If coming to the stadium via private car, stadium carparks are accessible only to those who have a valid carpark pass (limited numbers available) and streets surrounding the stadium are no parking zones for events.

Where is the mobility parking spaces?
Access to mobility parking spaces is very limited and require a valid mobility pass to be displayed. Mobility parking is located on Beasley Avenue and within the Mt Smart Stadium parking area, accessed through O’Rourke Rd entry. Please note, parking spaces are available on a first in first served basis, so please ensure you arrive early to secure your space. Alternatively, members/ticket holders with a mobility pass displayed, can be dropped off at Gate C.
