How can I get items signed or messages from the team for myself, or friends/family?
As you will appreciate, we receive a large number of requests for signings, messages and photos. To maintain the value of signed memorabilia and ensure the number of items signed by the team is within the number set by the NZRU/PPA Players Collective, our policy is to give priority to our Partners. Outside of this, this is a request we cannot accommodate.
Can I watch trainings or have a stadium tour?
Yes, we allow these opportunities to select schools, sports teams, commercial partners and sports clubs. All requests must be placed through the Community Requests form on our website.
Access to stadium tours and captains runs are limited to specific times in our season and are restricted to groups of 35 max. Rules and restrictions apply to those who are given access to these opportunities, as these are not available for open public viewing.
Will you donate merchandise or giveaways for my event or fundraiser?
As you will appreciate, we receive a large number of requests for merchandise and giveaways to be donated for various causes, all of which are for a very worthy cause.
Please complete our community requests form to be considered for Moana Pasifika Community merchandise; however, dependent on stock levels and upcoming commitments and events, please understand we may not always be able to accommodate.
We are unfortunately unable to provide official Moana Pasifika merchandise for your event or fundraiser. However, we have a wide range of merchandise that can be purchased for your event or fundraiser via our online store: shop.moanapasifika.co.nz
Can I get free tickets for my community or sports group?
We offer limited numbers of free tickets to initiatives or groups to allow them to experience a Moana Pasifika game day. Due to the limited availability, we cannot accommodate all requests.
All requests must be placed through the Community Requests form on our website. Each recipient is limited to receiving one allocation of free tickets per season (amount confirmed on a case by case basis).
Can you arrange for players to attend a Club, School, Charity, and Community or Fundraising event?
All requests must be placed through the Community Requests form on our website. As you can imagine, we receive many requests for players to donate their time, all for very worthy causes, but are unable to attend them all.
Our players’ time is very carefully managed and is scheduled prior to the commencement of the campaign. All requests are considered, but we have to carefully manage player time to ensure it stays within the limits set by the NZRU / PPA Players Collective and within their training schedules, as well as allowing for time to prepare adequately for game day.
Any player visits must be within their season (November to June) and during business hours (Mon-Fri) around their training schedule.
Will you donate a signed jersey for my fundraiser?
As you will appreciate, we receive a large number of requests for items to be donated for various causes, all of a very worthy nature. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide memorabilia directly to other people or organisations outside of our Partners.
You can of course bring your items to the games and get them signed post-match during the team signing sessions or at other signing sessions we run in the community.
Is it free to receive Moana Pasifika Community merchandise?
All requests for complimentary Moana Pasifika Community merchandise must be placed through the Community Requests form on our website. As you will appreciate, we receive a large number of requests for merchandise and giveaways to be donated for various causes, so we may not be able to support everyone despite them all being worthy.
Although the Moana Pasifika Community merchandise we provide to support is free, the shipping to your location is expected to be covered by you or your organisation. This amount will be confirmed after your request is placed and approved.
How can I make a Community Request?
All requests for school visits, Moana Pasifika community merchandise, etc. must be placed through the Community Request form on our website.
All requests must be placed at least 10 working days before your event/initiative to be considered.
How can I donate to Moana Pasifika Community?
If you would like to make a charitable donation to enable the many events and initiatives Moana Pasifika Community host, please email community@moanapasifika.co.nz. As a charitable trust, all donations over $5 are tax-deductible.
