What tickets and documents do I need to have for the game?

To gain entry into Mt Smart you require:

1. Match ticket,
2. My Vaccine Pass, and
3. Hospitality lounge lanyard pass.

Your hospitality lounge pass must always be worn to allow entry into the hospitality lounge and are non-transferable. Failure to do so will result in the refusal of access and service. Entry subject to Moana Pasifika T&Cs.

Which gate should I enter from?

Please check your ticket to ensure you enter the correct Bubble Location.

What time does gates open?

Gates open two hours prior to the match at 5.05pm.


When do I need to wear a mask?

To keep everyone safe, please wear a mask where possible at the game and only attend the game if you have no Covid-19 symptoms.
Please feel assured that all of our team are fully vaccinated and will be wearing face masks at all times.

What are bubbles?

This event will be operating under the current covid Red setting guidelines and separated bubbles of 100 people in different separated spaces at the stadium. Please ensure you remain in your bubble area only.

Each separated bubble will have a dedicated bathroom facility.


What time does the meal service start for a 7.05pm Kick Off?

The meal service starts at 6.05pm, one hour prior to kick off to ensure guests can enjoy their meals prior to kick off. For late arrivals, whilst we will do our best to accommodate you, we cannot guarantee meals will be available.

How do I let you know dietary requirements?

If you have any special dietary requirements, please email Ashleighw@moanapasifika.co.nz as soon as possible so that we can do our best to accommodate this.


What is the dress code?

A smart casual standard of dress required including dress shirt and jeans.

Are there smoking areas in the stadium?

No. Mt Smart is a non-smoking venue.

What age restriction is in place?

All corporate areas are R15 please.


Where can I park?

If you have a car pass, please follow directions and display on your dashboard.

There is no on-site general parking for major events at Mt Smart stadium. Parking is available on the neighbouring streets and many local businesses offer their premises for parking at a small fee. Some streets may be subject to parking restrictions or road closures.

How do I apply for a mobility carpark?

If you a mobility permit holder and require parking please email us at: bookings@aucklandstadiums.co.nz with your permit number, the event you are attending and name to reserve onsite parking. Instructions on how to access the parking will be provided closer to game day.
