Chris Apoua returns to Moana Pasifika where he began his Super Rugby career, making 14 appearances from 2022 – 2023.

He plays for the Northland Taniwha in the Bunnings NPC and debuted for them against Canterbury in 2016.

Before this he played for the Southland Stags from 2018-2021 earning 32 caps, and also plying his trade in Romania for a season.
Apoua is a solid front rower who will add to the depth in Moana Pasifika’s forward pack.
