Hailing from the villages of Longoteme (Tongatapu) & Fangale’ounga (Ha’apai) in Tonga and Falelatai in Samoa, the ‘Ikale Tahi internationals have been with Moana Pasifika since the franchise’s inaugural year and have grown tremendously during their tenure. Fine, the older of the two, is currently in France with the Tongan National Team preparing for the Rugby World Cup 2023. Comfortable at centre or on the wing, the 25-year-old proved that he could perform in either position. One of his biggest attributes for Moana Pasifika in 2023 was his ability to provide energy off the bench. In Rounds 10 and 11, Fine came off the bench to score a double in back-to-back weeks. Inisi has grown and improved his game every year, with 2024 not looking to be the exception.
