Ofa Tauatevalu is a proud Tongan hailing from Tairāwhiti, Gisborne.

The 24-year-old is a physical unit and has always been an impressive prospect coming out of Gisborne Boys High School. While playing club rugby for Kia Toa RFC, he garnered attention from the Hurricanes.

He went through the Hurricanes Development system and has played for the Manawatu Turbos in the Bunnings NPC. He is part of a strong Tongan contingent in Moana Pasifika’s forward pack.
