Pone Fa’amausili was born and raised in Melbourne Australia. Following a stint with the Melbourne Rising in the National Rugby Championship, he made his Super Rugby debut for the Melbourne Rebels in 2018.

Fa’amausili has played seven tests for Australia which included during the 2023 Rugby World Cup.

He is a physical player whose experience will be a tremendous asset to Moana Pasifika’s growth.
