Sateki Latu joins Moana Pasifika after making his debut for the NSW Waratahs in 2023.
The former Warringah Rat is a perfect modern-day prop, with the ability to dominate set piece as well as slot into the attacking line and use his powerful running game or silky passing. Defensively he has great line speed and loves to get in oppositions faces and put on dominant hits. He also anchored one of the best scrums in the Shute Shield in 2022.
Latu will represent his Tongan heritage with Moana Pasifika, hailing from the villages of Tongoleleka in Ha’apai, and Falevai and Kolofo’ou.
