Semisi Paea is an exciting prospect hailing from Rotorua where he began playing rugby for Rotorua Boys High School.

He was previously signed to the New England Free Jacks in the Major League Rugby competition and has played for Bay of Plenty in the Bunnings NPC.

Paea made his debut for the ‘Ikale Tahi in 2021 during a World Cup Qualifier and has represented them in the Pacific Nations Cup and Rugby World Cup.

He starred in the World Rugby 2022 Pacific Combine Program and was named the most promising player, earning him an opportunity with the Moana Pasifika development side.

He is an athletic and strong player with a high work-rate.
