Lighting up the Wellington Club Rugby scene for Petone, Fine’s performances earned him a squad position for the Tongan Sevens team and the Southland Stags in the NPC.
Proving his ability as the first-choice winger for Southland, Fine is an exciting back that has the all the tools to become a household name in Super Rugby Pacific. Under the tutelage of fellow Wellington wingers Julian Savea, Nigel Ah Wong, and Pepesana Patafilo, Fine’s development with Moana Pasifika will be an incredible story to watch over the season.
