Do I have to create an account to purchase tickets?
No. To buy tickets, you do not need to create an account or log in. As a guest, you can complete your purchase.
Please Note: Your tickets will be kept under the account that is automatically generated for you when you place a purchase as a guest. Entering your email address in this manner will allow you to locate your tickets.
Can I resell my tickets?
No, we don’t offer reselling through our platform or any other. Our ticketing site, moanapasifika.flicket.co.nz is the only official site to purchase tickets from.
I’m unable to make the game. Can I share my tickets with family / friends instead?
Yes, you can log into your account at moanapasifika.flicket.co.nz and send them a digital version.
- Select the tickets you want to pass on to your friend or family member
- Click the View Ticket button
- Options are to either click the ‘download or print’ button or ‘send to a friend’ button
- Click the ‘copy link’ button to forward to your friend/family member
How can I access my tickets by logging in?
STEP 1
Visit our ticketing website, moanapasifika.flicket.co.nz
STEP 2
Enter your email address and click “Log-In” to send yourself a login link if you haven’t created an account or password.
Do I have to print my ticket?
No. We can scan your ticket directly from your smartphone. To ensure you are ready, take a screenshot of your ticket before you go to the event. Just make sure that the QR code is not obstructed in any way, or you can add your tickets to your Google or Apple wallet.
What payment methods can I use?
Credit / debit cards and Afterpay are accepted for ticket and membership purchases.
What should I do if I lose my tickets for today’s event?
Don’t stress! First, please attempt to log into your account at moanapasifika.flicket.co.nz and locate your tickets, they will be sitting under ‘My Tickets.’
If you still are unable to locate your tickets, don’t worry – there is a box office/support desk located at the stadium (Gate A at North Harbour Stadium). Please proceed there so that we may either reprint or resend you your tickets.
I entered the wrong email address when purchasing tickets – how can I fix this?
Please contact info@moanapasifika.co.nz with the following information and one of our team members will amend your email address in our system and re-send your tickets.
- The event you purchased tickets for
- Name you purchased tickets under
- Email you used to purchase tickets and the correct email address
Why can’t I leave a single seat on the seating map?
Our seating maps are designed to not leave unsold single seats. This is because single seats are likely to remain unsold as most bookings contain two or more people. Whilst we appreciate this may be frustrating, we hope it will free up more seats so you and your group are more likely to find seats together.
Can I purchase additional seats next to a previously made order?
Yes – you can purchase additional seats next to your previously bought seats as long as the seats are still available.
Just find the seats in your original purchase on the seating map, and select the neighbouring seats using free select if they are still available.
What age is a child?
A child is from 4 years old up to (and including) 14 years old. Children 3 years old and under are free when sitting on an adult’s knee. Please note that no seat is allocated for free children.
