Tongan born Viliami Napa’a joins Moana Pasifika after two years with the Tasman Mako’s. The young second-rower was a standout for Marlborough Boys and was selected to the New Zealand U20 side that became champions at the Oceania Rugby Championship in 2022. Another lock with the power and speed to slot in as a flanker, Napa’a is an explosive ball runner standing  at 1.96 metres.
From the village of Houma in Tonga, Napa’a is a proud representative of his home country of Tonga.
